Javier Benson | Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Javier has 20+ years of experience across strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, and over the last decade, tech start-ups. Javier was Chief Operating Officer at Cadre, a tech-enabled real estate investment platform. Additionally, Javier was a Senior Manager at Airbnb focused on strategy and operations within Airbnb’s moonshot division called Samara. Before Airbnb, his roles included strategy and operations at another real estate tech startup called RS, investment banking at Barclays, and strategy consulting at Diamond Consultants (now PwC Diamond Advisory Services). He is an MBA graduate of The Wharton School of Business with a concentration in finance and real estate, tailoring his education to entrepreneurship and sustainability. Javier also graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Javier is a loving husband, as well as a proud father of two. He is passionate about photography, music, design, and investing. Most of all, he enjoys traveling with his children and seeing the world through their eyes.

Rob Anglin | Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Rob Anglin has more than 25 years of technology industry experience. His background ranges from product development leadership roles with Digital Equipment Company to a position as CEO of Verticom, Inc, a wireless equipment manufacturer. Rob also spent time within venture capital at Bachow & Associates. His areas of expertise include: business planning, product design, and operations. Much of Rob’s strategic planning and operational performance improvement skills come from his years with The Boston Consulting Group. He holds a M.S. and B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Rob is a dedicated father to two amazing children. When he isn’t working, you can find him cooking and listening to jazz or old school hip hop. One of his favorite pastimes, however, is taking a moment every so often to play his saxophone.
