Over the past two decades, we have spent time directly supporting founders. In doing so, we noticed a pattern and a need. On one side, founders and founding teams need hands-on, executive-level talent. Start-ups can never stand still, but this talent is hard to recruit at any stage, let alone at an early stage . On the other side, operating partners need help too. Their portfolio companies often require additional, more granular, operational support to realize their goals and objectives.
